Orest Sushko is a member of the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus, following in the footsteps of his father Makar Sushko, and grandfather Paul Stepowy, a bandura craftsman and honorary patron of the Chorus.

Orest’s work as a Re-recording mixer in the film and television industry has garnered him 2 Emmy nominations, an Emmy Award and a Genie Award. He has been involved in national and international film, television and music projects. His mixing work includes several feature films for acclaimed director David Cronenberg, including Crash, Spider, A History of Violence and Eastern Promises.

With 12 Gemini nominations, 4 Genie nominations, a CAS award and numerous citations to his credit, Orest carries extensive experience with a diversified community of filmmakers. He is currently a feature film Re-recording mixer with Todd AO Studios in Los Angeles, California.
